How to scale pdf page content

What this tool does
The output keeps each original page size, places an embedded copy of the page at the chosen percentage, and centres it. Values below 100% add white space; values above 100% may clip content.
Privacy note: selected files are handled by JavaScript running on your device. The application does not intentionally transfer document contents to a BQ server. Browser extensions, managed-device policies, and the browser itself remain outside the site’s control.
Compatibility note: PDF is a complex format. Very large, encrypted, malformed, digitally signed, or unusually constructed files may not process correctly. Keep the original document until you have checked the result.

No. It changes the content size inside the existing page dimensions.
Does text remain selectable?
Normally yes, because the original page is embedded as PDF content.
Can enlarging content crop it?
