What this tool does
The browser renders a low-resolution analysis image, finds non-white content, adds your safety padding, and applies new page boxes to the original PDF. Review faint or edge-touching scans carefully.
Privacy note: selected files are handled by JavaScript running on your device. The application does not intentionally transfer document contents to a BQ server. Browser extensions, managed-device policies, and the browser itself remain outside the site’s control.

Does auto crop rasterize the PDF?
No. The analysis uses a temporary rendering, but the output changes page boxes on the original PDF content.
Can faint marks be missed?
Yes. Increase sensitivity or padding when the document contains pale pencil, shadows, or light artwork.
Is cropping secure redaction?
No. Cropped content may remain in the PDF structure. Use a dedicated redaction workflow for sensitive information.
